Upload a .glb or .gltf file using the menu (top-right). For .gltf, include its referenced .bin and textures by selecting them together.

Controls:

• Orbit: drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan
• Walk: single-click in the scene to enter. W/S move, ←/→ turn, Esc to exit (not available on mobile)
